1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pt. whipping cream
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients with electric mixer on high speed till thick. FOR COCONUT: Blend in 2 cups coconut. Put in baked pie shell (i just buy the pre-made graham cracker crusts) and top with toasted coconut, if desired. This recipe makes enough for 2 small pies or one very large pie. FOR CHOCOLATE: substitute instant chocolate pudding for the vanilla and add some chocolate curls on top of pie. FOR BANANA: add bananas to the mix and on top of pie.
