- FRANKENSTEIN WHITE BOX CAKE
- ingredients:
- 1 box Vanilla Cake Mix
- 1 cup (142 g or 5 oz.) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (57 g or 2 oz.) vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup (113 g or 4 oz.) melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup (170 g or 6 oz.) sour cream
- 1 cup (198 g or 7 oz.) sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- directions:Preheat oven to 350℉. Prepare two 8" or 9" round cake pans (or 36 cupcakes).
- Add all dry ingredients into the bowl, Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix on low for 1 minute.
- Stop and scrape the bowl and then mix on medium for two minutes.
- Pour batter into your cake pans and bake for 30- 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out of the center with just a few sticky crumbs clinging to the toothpick.
- Let cool a few minutes in the pan before turning out onto a cooling rack. Let cool fully and frost.

- 1 box Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 1 cup (142 g or 5 oz.) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (57 g or 2 oz.) cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups (340 g or 12 oz.) cold pero
- 1/4 cup (57 g or 2 oz.) vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup (113 g or 4 oz.) melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup (170 g or 6 oz.) sour cream
- 1 cup (198 g or 7 oz.) sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
directions:
