Creamy Sausage Tortellini Soup
1 lbs sausage
4 cloves garlic
salt/pepper
5 cups water
5 tsp chicken bullion
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
8 oz cream cheese or 1 cup heavy cream
20-30 oz cheese tortellini
6 oz baby spinach, cut in strips
directions: cook sausage, when almost done, add garlic. Stir in water, bullion, and cream cheese/heavy cream. Stir in tortellini cook to package directions, and spinach.
