Bangers & Mash
Quick & Easy Cornish Pasty

Ingredients: 
pot of mashed potatoes
5 links of mild sausge
2 boxes of ready made pie crust (2 crusts per box)
egg wash

Directions: Cut out each pasty and fill with potatoes & sausage only takes a few tablespoons to fill. Brush over an egg wash. Bake in the over at 375' for 45-50 minutes or until the pastry shell is cooked through & browned. Serve with a red wine gravy.

Red Wine Onion Gravy

Ingredients: 
1 onion slivered or diced
2 Tbs. butter
2Tbs. flour
1/3 cup cooking wine
2 cups water 
2 tsp beef bullion
1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. jelly 

Directions: cook onions in the butter until soft, add flour mix in. Slowly add wine, let it bubble, and slowly add water/bullion a little at a time (or beef stock). Add Worcestershire sauce and jelly. Let it thicken and bubbly. serve.
