Ingredients:
10 slices Swiss cheese or provolone
10 slices black forest ham
1 pkg. puff pastry
spicy brown mustard
egg
Directions: unthaw and unroll puff pastry on slightly floured surface. Spread the spicy brown mustard over the pastry. Layer cheese and meats. Roll up and pinch close the ends. Cut in sections & brush with egg wash.
Makes 12 - 2 inch thick pinwheels or 16 - 1 inch pinwheels. Bake at 425 ' for 35 minutes (thicker), or 25 minutes (thinner). Broil for 2 minutes high to crisp up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
serve with raspberry jam
