Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas



Ingredients:
for filling:
2lbs. cooked shredded chicken
10 flour tortillas
2 Tbs. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk or half & half
7oz. green chiles
1 can white beans, drained & rinsed (optional)
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 onion, sauteed
salt & pepper to taste

for sauce:
1 can cream of chicken
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
salt & pepper to taste

Sautee onions add 1/2 of green chiles and add other ingredients. Mix filling ingredients together. Heat up the sauce and add other half of green chiles in a small pan, Spray a casserole pan with pam. Spoon a couple tablespoons in each tortilla, cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
