Honey Garlic Ginger Stir Fry

ingredients: 
1 to 2 lbs. pork or chicken or beef (cubed)
3 Tbs. oil
6 cloves of garlic

any chopped veggies (which could include):
mushrooms (slices)
broccoli (chopped)
cauliflower (chopped)
bell peppers (strips)
carrots (shredded)
zucchini (cubed)
snow peas
green onions

for the sauce:
3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbs. ginger
3 tsp. sriracha
3 Tbs. hoisin sauce
1/3 c. water
1/8 c. or 6 tsp. cornstarch

Heat oil in the skillet/wok, add meat to the pan and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Add veggies to the pan and cook for a couple minutes.
Add sauce, bring to a boil, let sauté for a few more minutes.
Serve over rice noodles, udon noodles, or rice.

Optional: sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or various nuts (can be lightly toasted) and added as a final ingredient or garnish
