8 oz. cream cheese softened in the microwave at 30 sec.
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonaise
3 cloves garlic
2/3 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mozerella
14 oz. artichoke hearts (squeezed & drained)
9 oz. frozen spinach, dethawed (squeeze all water out)
sprinkle 1/4 c. your choice of cheese on top
makes 4 cups
individual servings 1/4 c. each (16 servings)
mix ingredients together with a hand mixer until thoroughly mixed, season with pepper. Put in 8x8 and sprinkle cheese on top.
bake for 375' for 15-20 min.
broil for 2 min high to darken the cheese at top
