Tiramisu

Ingredients:
2 8oz. tubs of mascarpone (452 - 500gr.)
2 7oz. packs of lady fingers (4 sleeves, abt. 48 biscuits)
5 eggs
5 heaping table spoons of sugar
3 strong cups of pero
cocoa powder to sprinkle

Directions:
Separate your eggs in 2 bowls (the egg whites must be in a glass or metal bowl), whip your egg whites until peaks form. Mix sugar to the mascarpone, and fold into egg whites. Dip lady fingers in the pero about half way and layer a 9x13 pan. Cover the layer with the mascarpone mixture and sprinkle the top with cocoa powder.  Repeat the layer and end with cocoa powder sprinkle. Let it sit refrigerated overnight for best results.
